AB InBev Buys Back Stake In US Metal Packaging Plants For $3bn

Anheuser-Busch InBev will buy back a 49.9% stake in its US metal container plants for about $3 billion (€2.6 billion), the world's top brewer said, at a time of soaring aluminium costs due to tariffs.
